JUNIOR CLASSES
9:00am – 12:00pm
Families may choose how many days a week, and which weekdays they would like to attend.
Students who turn 3 prior to Sept 1, 2025 – families may choose to attend from 2 to 5 days per week.
Students who turn 3 by Dec 31, 2025 – we ask you to register for at most 2 days per week until they turn 3 years old.

SENIOR CLASSES

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step 1: Registration
When registration opens, the link above will take you to our our online registration forms.  After completing the online form, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable registration fee which can be paid immediately by credit card.  You will receive an email immediately after completing your registration to let you know it has been received.
Step 2: Welcome Package
Our welcome packages go out in June.  These packages include instructions on how setup your monthly tuition payments, how to complete your police record check and more details on the childcare subsidy program.  You will also be asked to complete our entry forms which include details such as your child’s medical history and information that will allow our teachers to better prepare for your child.  The school calendar will be included in this package.
Step 3: Staggered Entry
During the first week of school, children attend the school in small groups with a caregiver. This process is to help the children transition into the new classroom environment. It is also an opportunity for caregivers to understand what the children will be doing at school. Families will be informed in late August, by email or phone, to let you know when your staggered entry day is scheduled. your staggered entry days will be.Â
FEES & SUBSIDIES
The Alberta Government’s Affordability Grant is available to all students and it covers $100 / month for each child in a registered preschool program. As of Feb 1, 2025 preschools no longer qualify for the Alberta Childcare Subsidy program.

Our non-refundable registration fee is $100, due at the time of registration.
Fee Schedule
Fees are collected using direct bank withdrawals on the first day of the preceding month (ie: Â September’s tuition will be withdrawn on August 1st). Pre-authorized withdrawals will be setup upon acceptance into a class. Â Withdrawals that happen with less that 30 days notice will forfeit one month’s tuition. Â NSF payments will result in a $30 fee.
Tax receipts
Campus issues tax receipts in February/March of the current school year. They will be emailed to you as they are completed. Please contact us if you notice any errors or have not yet received one and expected to.
