Being a registered charity will assist our fundraising environment immensely, but we will still need to fundraise.

Having charitable status allows us to receive corporate donations more easily. We encourage parents to explore matching-grant opportunities which some companies offer to their employees. This will allow us to provide an additional fundraising source to the pre-school and will be less financially demanding on our parents. These can often be attained with little effort and prove to be very beneficial to the school’s fundraising effort.

Income tax receipts can be issued to donors who make gifts to charities.

At Campus Pre-School, tax receipts will be issued for:

• all corporate donations
• personal cash donations with a minimum of $50
