NEW: Volunteer Security Initiative for 2013/2014 School Year

Please note that Campus Pre-School has now instituted a mandatory volunteer security clearance (police check) for all individuals planning to come into the classroom as the parent (or grandparent) helper. Please download the following Calgary Police Service "Police Information Check" form (link below) and fill it out for each adult intending to volunteer in the classroom. Please bring the completed form(s), as well as 2 pieces of identification (see below for acceptable forms of ID), along for submission with your registration package. If you need more information regarding this initiative, please email the Campus Pre-School Chairperson at chairperson@campuspreschool.com.

Acceptable types of identification for Security Clearance Purposes (at least one must be photo ID):

Fees 2013/2014

1. Two half days per week: $125 CDN per month
2. Three half days per week: $165 CDN per month
3. Registration Fee: $50 CDN
