Learning Through Play

As children play, the teachers help them learn important social skills such as cooperation, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Letters, numbers and other academic skills are introduced through stories, finger-plays, action games, drama and art.

All registration forms (available online or in advance at the school) must be completed and all cheques must be submitted before your child’s registration can be confirmed. Registration night is also your chance to meet the teachers and some of the parents and view the school. If you prefer, call the junior or senior registrar to arrange a visit with your child during class hours.

Child Care Subsidy Program

Alberta Children’s Services provides several child care subsidy programs to assist eligible Alberta families with costs. Grants are available for Campus Pre-School students who qualify under the Stay-at-Home Subsidy Program. For more information about the subsidy, pick up a brochure at the school, phone the local Child Care Subsidy Office at 297-6100, or visit the website at http://www.calgaryandareacfsa.gov.ab.ca
